Unlike traditional gyms, every session is powered by movement exploration and confidence-boosting coaching tailored to kids and teens. How do I sign up for a free trial?
Schedule your free trial with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule your free trial.
How will Rookies help my child?
At Rookies, kids build confidence, strength, athletic skills, and a lifelong love for fitness through fun, age-appropriate fitness and sports classes. Our experienced coaches adapt each activity to challenge or modify it for every child, while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. With monthly programming changes and progressive skill development, every class keeps kids engaged, learning, and growing.
What are the options for cancelling or putting my membership on hold?
After the initial two-month commitment, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days' notice of your billing date. If needed, memberships can also be placed on hold - just contact our team, and we'll be happy to go over the available options.
How long are the classes at Rookies?
Our classes are 45 minutes, with some special events or clinics having special schedules.

What is the policy for make-up classes?
We know families are busy—just contact our team and we’ll help you reschedule a missed class with ease.
