All age groups will have customized 45-minute programs combining fitness and athletics.

Rookies Programs
Rookie Prep
15 MO - 24 MO
Group class focusing on teaching the fundamentals needed for everyday life, such as balance, coordination and movement exploration. This class is parent-focused and will allow the parents to help their kids build confidence in trying new things.
Rookie Tots
2 YEARS
Group class with parents present on the floor, focusing on sharpening overall fundamentals and adding new physical exercises to encourage development. Introducing advanced movement exploration and athletic skills such as throwing, teamwork, and sharing.
JR. Rooks
3 YEARS
Parents present for assistance. Class is geared towards introducing more advanced athletic and fitness skills. Such as endurance, speed, and coordination exercise. The focus is on developing an understanding of physical fitness and learning to work as a team.
Champs
4 YEARS
At this stage, students are independently on the floor. The main focus is to teach functional movement and redirection while honing in on developing the techniques needed to achieve fitness and athletic skills. Exercises will concentrate on advanced hand-eye coordination, catching and throwing, agility, strength, and endurance.
Majors
5 - 6 YEARS
Students will be pushed to become confident in any physical activity or athletic skill presented to them. Learning how to overcome obstacles and focus on their strengths to help them succeed will be emphasized. Change of direction games, relay races, sports, and friendly competition will be incorporated.
MVPs
7 - 8 YEARS
This class will be a combination of physical education and recreational sports. Introduction to dynamic stretching and proper warm up’s will be evident. Students will work to achieve directionality skills, along with agility, endurance, and teamwork that will help them excel at any sport.
Varsity
9 - 10 YEARS
Extremely motivating class focusing on Strength training, sports specific exercises, teamwork, and friendly competition are incorporated into programming. The goal is for our students to develop into amazing athletes for everyday life and build their confidence to become great leaders.
The Combine
11 - 12 YEARS
Strength training, power, sports specific exercises, speed, teamwork, and friendly competition. Working on building confidence and leadership skills will be evident. Our experienced coaching staff will teach mental toughness and the visualization of success when on and off the Rookies turf to enhance their performance.
JV1*/ JV2*
4-6YRS/7-12YRS
Specially designed for children ages 4-6/ 7-12 providing a supportive and adaptive environment for kids of all abilities, including those with unique physical and developmental needs. Our curriculum includes a wide range of activities, from basic fitness drills to fun athletic games, that can be modified to ensure that every child can participate and excel. Our activities are structured to enhance motor skills, coordination, strength, and endurance, encouraging each child to reach their fullest potential.
Small Group Training
13+
Our specialized program for athletes 13+ focuses on personalized athletic performance enhancement in small groups. It offers sport-specific training, strength, conditioning, and skill development, with individualized coaching in a competitive, supportive setting. Limited spots ensure quality, with sessions on request. Ideal for young athletes eager to elevate their game!
